This comes in very handy for holding your pens. Mounting - i currently have it hanging from 2 pushpins. there are two flip up metal rings to hang the board. it does feel a bit heavy for just two pushpins (may have to upgrade to nails at some point), but it has been holding nicely for a couple weeks. I am careful not to pull down on it while writing. I havnt really gotten around to finding a magnet that i want to use with this board (worried about scrapping it with the magnets i currently have), so i cant comment on that part. Two metal semicircles on adjustable (!) slides means I can put this board just about anywhere, including hanging it off the ceiling (if I wanted to). Nice features for an affordable price.
